Healthy Stuffed Eggplant with Shrimp and Basil Recipe | Healthy Recipes
This Chinese stuff eggplant is very popular as lunch or dinner. It can be fry and baked in two ways. Take a look at the whole system of the recipe.
Elements :
Eggplant-6 piece (thick cut)
Chicken / shrimp (minced / bowl) - 1/2 cups
Onion bowl - 1 tablespoon
Ginger Bata - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic bowl - 1/2 teaspoon
Onion leaves - 1 teaspoon
White pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Rice Crust - Fancy
Soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - little
Cornflower - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Method
Prepare the Eggplant
First, make a thick piss with the fingers of the eggplant. Now cut off the middle of the thick piece so that it can not be separated. (See picture)
Now roast chicken meat or shrimp in a bowl, add minced meat/onion, onion - ginger-Garlic paste, onion leaves, white pepper powder, groundnut paste, soy sauce, salt, cornflower, oil - mix 1/2 teaspoon well.
Fill with a full spoon or hand inside the eggplant cut. Diameter, eggplant ready.
Dressing apparatus and recipe
Chile sauce - 2 tablespoons, tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon, soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon, lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon, sugar - mix altogether a little bit.
To bake oven:
Brush oil in the baking tray spread the eggplant pieces evenly and brush the oil over it. Now bake 15-20 minutes in preheated oven at 160 degrees. Repeat the pieces of eggplant once in a while. Now, with a brush, apply a sauce on both sides and bake for 5 minutes.
For frying:
Paste full on the two sides of the eggplant pieces, applies a little cornflower and non-stick fries in a little oil and reddish the two sides. When fried, mix the sauce over the eggplant, flip it over.
Why do not cook oven or fry, this Chinese stuffed eggplant can be served with white rice or bread?
